Landscape Narrative	Across tracks is larger marsh along Town Run which is almost entirely Phalaris with scattered Typha, except in corners and edges. Adjacent floodplain forest is very weedy with Hesperis, Lysimachia nummularia, Ligusticum etc…;Calcareous marsh next to RR tracks. Community is an herbaceous wetland dominated by sedges with overtopping Lythrum salicaria and Typha. Deeper water has abundant Carex tetanica cf. . Water is discolored and oily, especially near RR tracks. Tracks isolate this marsh from stream and larger marsh which may have influenced hydrology, agriculture, land ownership etc…
